A taste of tradition
Born in the UK to Sicilian parents, I grew up cradled in the spirit of Sicily’s 1940s traditions. My grandfather journeyed to the UK in 1959; two years later, my grandmother followed with their children, carrying with them the flavours and memories of home. As the youngest of four, I found my place in my grandmother’s kitchen, where the aromas of simmering sauces and fresh herbs shaped my earliest dreams. Terra D’amuri is a tribute to every soul who left their homeland in hope of building a better life for those they loved.
